jason was on channel 11 last night talking about pit bulls...
"I definitely have heard stories and have close friends who have had negative experiences with pit bulls." Jason Luscier is a pet owner himself. Rusty is a black lab and sweet as can be. But Jason knows even his dog could do harm if not handled correctly.
Luscier says, "I totally understand the need for, or the desire for there to be some kind of regulation. But I don't know, perhaps it could be done better by maybe educating people who have pit bulls."
