-boo at the zoo-

img_Nov_04_2008_08_14img_Nov_04_2008_12_59

we took the bug to boo at the zoo this year and it really wasn't what we thought.  it seems that this events is all about safe trick-or-treating and small carnival rides.  none of those things were appealing to the bug so our length of stay was really only about an hour. we ended up calling it quits and going to barnes and noble instead.  we're nerds like that!

by this time the bug was super exhausted and her pass was almost up.  so we made it out of barnes with a copy of "charlotte's web" and "love you forever".  once we were back to her room it didn't take long for her to crash.  note to self - if we ever decide to take on boo at the zoo again (i doubt it) then we should definitely get a wagon.

Re: -boo at the zoo-

I don't normally tell people this, but I actually remember having a splendid time at "Boo at the Zoo" ......when I was (whisper..) 16 YEARS old. It was, as you noted, about safe trick-or-treating and carnival rides and popcorn. It was right up my alley. ;)
